Dan R. Walbolt, Jr. - President/CEO
Dan received a B.S. degree in Psychology from Presbyterian College. He spent two years conducting jury research in Tampa before co-founding Best Evidence in 1997. Mr. Walbolt has consulted on matters ranging from Enron and the historic tobacco class action to significant medical malpractice, nursing home, and automobile negligence cases around the country. Dan has given numerous CLE presentations and is a frequent speaker at Bar Association and Inns of Court, as well as a regular guest lecturer at Stetson Law School. He is the author of Myths and Misconceptions of Jury Selection, an interactive presentation based on his experience conducting mock trials and focus groups and applying the results to successful trial presentations.
