Dan R. Walbolt, Sr., Esquire - Chairman
Dan Sr. graduated from Florida State University with a degree in History and received his law degree from NYU. After four years in private practice with Carlton Fields, Mr. Walbolt served as a Vice President of the University of South Florida for 18 years, as well as serving as the Chairman of the Board of the Sun Dome. Mr. Walbolt was a Visiting Professor of Mass Communications Law at USF for 15 years. He co-founded Best Evidence in 1997 and has served as Chairman since that time. He utilizes his unique combination of business, legal and academic experience to evaluate jury research projects and provides strategic and tactical direction to our clients.
