Keith A. Bogart, Esquire - Chief Technology Officer
Keith graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Statistics and Biometrics in 1984. He obtained his law degree from Stetson University in 1996. Mr. Bogart is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design, programming and implementation of the Second Chair software system. Mr. Bogart collaborates on all electronic projects the firm undertakes, while providing valuable database design input on large scale imaging projects. Mr. Bogart has over 15 years experience in the design and implementation of database management and data-sharing software programs. He has designed and implemented software systems for clients including Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Chase Manhattan Bank, GTE, NEC and Teltronics. His skill set includes UNIX/XENIX, Windows NT, Sybase 10, Informix 4GL/ESQL, Oracle Forms, Dbase, C++, Visual Basic and Java.
