R. Michelle Moody - Director of Case Management
Michelle received her B.S. degree in Sociology from the University of South Florida in 2000. She was hired on as Director of Case Management at Best Evidence, Inc. in August, 2004 after spending three years providing case management in jury research. She is responsible for the organization of information as well as setting up all cases for trial litigation services between clients and staff; including mock trials, focus groups, trial support, graphics, and document services. She provides guidance and support to staff while overseeing basic operating functions of the business are carried out. Her duties also include overseeing invoicing, expenses, and other areas of financial reporting. She is responsible for making sure all staff adheres to policies and procedures and making new policies accordingly for smooth business operations.
