Steven is a consultant in the fields of social influence, persuasion, counseling and sales techniques. He applies the ways of the salesman, the marketer and the theater, to the courtroom, creating methods for gaining rapport with a jury, making salient points “stick,” and changing their minds. Steven uses language patterns to infuse logical, linear, sequential presentations with persuasive, feeling, emotional thought that moves individuals and groups from resistance to resourceful cooperation. Steven has given over 1000 live workshops and seminars and has appeared on numerous radio and television programs including Connie Chung’s Eye to Eye and The Joan River’s Show.
