Mr. Meyer was involved in an accident. Unfortunately, his previous neck surgery was not successful and he elected to undergo additional surgery and treatments. Our objective was to convincingly reinforce the defense argument that Mr. Meyer neck was not further injured as a result of this accident. The message here is quite clear Mr. Meyer received no accident-related medical treatment. The jury's message was equally as clear - Zero.
